The success of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community in Louisiana during the past eighteen years is also the history of the Forum for Equality. The Forum is dedicated to the establishment of a society free from discrimination and to the support of good government. We have been in the lead on every civil rights initiative on the local and state levels for the past eighteen years.

To keep moving forward, we need you as a member!

Membership

Your membership is critical at this time. The Forum’s strength lies in the support of its members, and with the support of members, the Forum will continue to:

• Advocate and achieve legislative change.
• Build statewide coalitions.
• Highlight the positive achievements of gay and lesbian people in our business and civic life.
• Educate our members and the community at large on issues of concern to gay and lesbian people.
